The Board of Trustees approved resolutions for the English Learner (EL) Roadmap and Biliteracy Attainment Award after district staff championed the need for such resolutions. California Department of Education stated that Oak Grove is the first district to adopt both the EL Roadmap and the Biliteracy Attainment Award in the State of California.
